Atomic Collins is OATH ADDITION COMPLETE with a very rage state PButcher!   And a Very picture heavy INVENTORY!:
Brushes: Windsor Newtown and some Micro Mini Creative Marks
Armor: Skorne Red basecoat, wash with Carroburg, Highlight with KAY-DOR Red Base  METALS (LOOK AT ALL THIS STUFF): All metals washed in Nuln Oil. Greatcoat panels and parts of the boiler washed with Typhus and drybrushed with Ryza for gritty rust effect. Highlighting on silver metals with Quick Silver
Secondary Armor/Leather:
Basing Paint: A lot of layering!
Basing Flock: Fine grit basing material for the ground and about a 50/50 mixture of the realistic water and snow to create a very wet, slushly, churned by battle snow. Dragged pieces through the bushes to look like it had been kicked up, and some of the green static grass to add volume to the plants. Not pictured is the broken arm of a Cygnar charger which was added for something for Butcher to stand on and admire his handywork.
Finally, not pictured, but to achieve the arcane glow in Butchers eyes I painted the areas I wanted glowing with P3 Menoth Highlight and then lightly layered blue ink until they were properly glowly. Then brushed some of the ink on the surround fur and metal to create OSL
