Greetings fellow Oath Forumites! October is upon us and with it another whole month of monstrous & metal miniatures awaiting their turn under the brush. As we saddle forth, I will be more directly involved with operations of all things Oath so please feel free to message me, FB me, email me, or slap me with your inquiries in person if you happen upon my proximity! I'm happy to help inspire, problem solve, or just chew the proverbial paint cud. Hit me up! This month's Money Shot is: 
everything CONTRAST! Contrast can be anything from complimentary colors (that means opposite on the color spectrum) juxtaposed all the way to a smooth blend of the darkest black to the purest white! This can be a particular element of your model, like a light source (object or source) or a sweet checker work freehand shoulderpad. Or this can be a focus of the entire composition, taking care to make each part of your model pop off the table! Include this powerful artistic tool to complete your October Money shot!

Oath Complete! Money Shot! Master! (9 oaths! Maybe 10... I didn't check...) Tried for a lot of different contrasts on this guy. Difference in highlights across the whole model, contrasted the "pure" magistrate dude as much lighter than the burly "peasant" pulling it, contrasted the grass even to show the burnt areas around the Vessel versus further out where it's still green. Even tried to put contrasting colors next to each other such as the red/crimson next to the teal/blue.
