Pretty self-explanatory, and I know a few of you have done some really awesome bases already in this league, but knock out a really cool scenic base this month and earn the bonus points for it. Side question - How did you get the water effect on the base of the colossal? I really want to do something similar for my Aiakos model but nothing I've tried on spare bases looks right.

I, Aetios, do hereby pledge to paint this Iron Lich Overseer by the end of May! Accepted! The Galleon wasn't me, just something I found on the internet. I'm guessing they used one of the water effects gels that are out there, they are a lot easier to sculpt if you want waves and such. |

Oath Complete! Tried my hand at winter camo on the cloak...looks much better in person than in the photo...same goes for the whole model pretty much. Oh well.
