Oath Complete!  And for the money shot, I added a freehand rune to the end of the blade.  My phone wouldn't focus on the blade, only things behind it, so sorry for the bad photo. There's another one to match on the other side but the phone would absolutely not cooperate. I hope to participate again, but I may skip July. We'll see how my painting ambition handles it. Doing the oath really cut into the painting of my main force, none of which counts for the oath, lol. |

Oath complete!   Not much room on the model to do freehand, not that I could attempt that with shaky hands anyway! Trying to get the green light source glow on the pickaxe involved so many layers that eventually didn't work, which required me to repaint (losing much of the rune detail) and pretty much had to freehand new runes onto the filled-in metal detail, lol. The "glow" covers this mistake up, thankfully. -devonk

 Oath completed! Half toyed with the idea of free handing something for them but decided against it. I, Judge Cheatyface, bestow my judge point onto these lovely ladies by Larbic. A mono-chrome look that came out great. |
